By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Products should not be modified, diluted or mixed with other substances unless the relevant product instructions expressly permit it.

7. Product Safety

Customers are responsible for following all product instructions and safety warnings.

There is an obvious pricing or technical error;
The delivery address is outside our serviceable area;

Other locations: 3–7 business days; and
Remote or difficult-to-service locations: 5–10 business days.

14. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

This includes:

Full name;
House/flat/building number;
Street/area;
City/town;
State;
PIN code; and
Contact number.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting solely from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery or similar circumstances, any refund or re-shipment will be handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

15. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Returns, refunds and replacements are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible situations may include:

Damaged products;
Leaking products;
Defective products;
Incorrect products;
Missing products; or
Products materially different from what was ordered or represented.

Because essential oils and diffuser oils are liquid products, opened or used products generally cannot be returned solely because of a change of mind, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict statutory consumer rights available under Indian law.

16. Damaged or Leaking Products

If a package arrives damaged, opened or leaking, customers should contact us within 48 hours of delivery, where reasonably possible.

Customers may be requested to provide:

Order number;
Photographs of the outer package;
Photographs/videos of the damaged or leaking product; and
Other information reasonably required to investigate the issue.

Where the issue is verified, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

17. Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before an order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Where cancellation is not possible after dispatch, the customer may need to receive the shipment and follow the applicable return/refund procedure, if eligible.
